Height adjustment
By default, the KURMA meditation cushion grey has a height of 15cm. You determine the ideal height yourself by simply removing some buckwheat chaff filling from the inner cushion. Most people choose a height between 12 and 15 cm. Keep the removed buckwheat chaff in a bag to refill the inner cushion later, if necessary.
