No free return shipping

The return conditions can be found below. What it boils down to is that you can think about your purchase calmly. If your item is not a good match, please return it to us within the 30 days period.

Return conditions:

  • For all Kurma yoga articles there is always a return period of 30 days. The return period commences on the day you receive the article.
  • Products are in their original conditions and including the original packaging.
  • If a product shows signs of usage, or if a product has been altered or damaged after being received, it is not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to signs of usage, alteration or damage, or upon grounds of hygiene.
  • Mats: If banderole has been destroyed, we will charge a 7.5 euro repackaging fee.

The return process only takes a few steps:

  1. On the contact form select Refunds/returns, fill in your name, email, order number and the items you would like to return. Next press Send Message button.
  2. We will mail you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that you need to print out and add to the parcel with the to return goods.
  3. We do not offer free return shipping as we are a conscious company wanting to reduce the carbon footprint of our shipments.
  4. If interested we can offer you a very competitive return rate through DPD ParcelShop. The nearest DPD Parcelshop for you can be found on the DPD site.
  5. In table below you can check if DPD offers collect at DPD ParcelShop in your country. In case DPD doesn’t have this service yet, then you are free to use another parcel forwarder (like DHL) to return your items to our warehouse.

That’s very simple: we will let you know. We will email you as soon as your return has been processed. Usually within 2 working days after our warehouse has received your return parcel.

We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. Most returns are processed within 5 working days after they have been returned.

If your return passes inspection, the refund will automatically be credited to the original method of payment on your order. If your return does not pass inspection, we will get in touch with you.

How soon the money will be in your account depends on your payment method:

  • iDEAL or Bankcontact or Sofort or Giropay: within 3 business days
  • Creditcard: within 5 business days
