Payment, Shipping and Delivery
We accept the following payment options:
Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa), Bancontact, giropay, iDEAL, SOFORT and PayPal
These payment options are processed through Multisafepay
We currently ship direct to consumer (B2C) orders to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and The Netherlands.
Direct to consumer (B2C) orders can only be delivered to the countries listed above. As a manufacturer of yoga equipment, our goal is to put all our efforts into creating and handling products that have as little impact on the environment as possible. Shipping a single Kurma yoga mat to the other side of the world is not sustainable.
We encourage you to purchase Kurma yoga mats and props from a local reseller in your country. Please check our non-EU resellers overview.

Delivery is fulfilled by DPD. DPD is committed to making every parcel delivered carbon neutral.

*Shipments to remote areas or islands may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge. Depending on the ZIP code of the delivery address provided, any such surcharge will be automatically shown on your order prior to checkout.
**Free shipping is calculated on a net order total of €65, meaning total value of ordered products minus a promotion, if applicable. The Free shipping condition does not cover an additional shipping surcharge.
Orders received up to 12:00 hrs CET will be mostly shipped on the same day, orders received after 12:00 hrs CET will be shipped the following business day.
Our warehouse processes orders from Monday till Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays or national holidays. Our warehouse is closed on Belgium public holidays.
Once an order is placed the transit time is 2-7 business days depending on your delivery location. The estimated DPD transit times* per country of destination are:

*Transit times are estimated times only, for which neither DPD nor Kurma can be held liable.
Once your parcel has been handed over to DPD, you will receive detailed tracking information by e-mail. This will allow you to check on the current shipping status of your order at any specific time.
If the tracking status of your parcel remains unchanged for a long period or if it is not delivered at the notified time, please contact us via e-mail at hello@kurma-yoga.com.
If any of the contents of your parcel are damaged when these reach you, we will gladly replace them in return for a photo of the damage. Please contact us via e-mail at hello@kurma-yoga.com.
Orders
Kurma Yoga is a conscious brand, we are trying our very best to reduce the number of shipments from our warehouse to the customers to one per order, as well as avoiding unnecessary additional handling. As a customer you can help us here by only placing an order if you are 100% certain of the Kurma products you want to purchase.
If you made a mistake or changed your mind, please reach out as soon as possible to hello@kurma-yoga.com. Kindly refer to your order number and needed action to take. We may still be able to amend or cancel the order before it ships out.
The refund of a cancelled order could take up to two business days before the money is back into your account or on your credit card.
Returns and Exchanges
The return conditions can be found below. What it boils down to is that you can think about your purchase calmly. If your item is not a good match, please return it to us within the 30 days period.
Return conditions:
- For all Kurma yoga items there is always a return period of 30 days. The return period commences on the day you receive the items.
- Products are in their original conditions including the original packaging
- If a product shows signs of usage, or if a product has been altered or damaged after being received, it is not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return due to signs of usage, alteration or damage, or upon grounds of hygiene.
- Mats: if banderole has been destroyed, we will charge a 7.5 euro repackaging fee
- Final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
The return process only takes a few steps:
On the contact form select Refunds/returns, fill in your name, email, order number and the items you would like to return. Next press Send Message button.
We will mail you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that you need to print out and add to the parcel with the to return goods.
We do not offer free return shipping as we are a conscious company wanting to reduce the carbon footprint of our shipments.
If interested we can offer you a very competitive return rate through DPD ParcelShop. The nearest DPD Parcelshop for you can be found on the local DPD website.
In table below you can check if DPD offers collect at DPD ParcelShop in your country. In case DPD doesn’t have this service yet, then you are free to use another parcel forwarder (like DHL) to return your items to our warehouse.

Of course, we want you to be satisfied of your product or mat color. It’s possible to exchange a product for another color or another size of the same product.
The exchange procedure is the following:
- On the contact form select Refunds/returns, fill in your name, email, order number and the items you would like to exchange for another color or size.
- We will mail you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that you need to print out and add to the parcel with the to return goods.
- Return the parcel with a parcel forwarder of your choice. We do not have free return shipping. If interested we can offer you a very competitive return rate through DPD ParcelShop. The nearest DPD Parcelshop for you can be found here (link naar DPD).
- You will have to place a new order for the final item(s) you want to receive. We offer free shipping on this new order for the exchanged item(s)
- Once our warehouse has received your parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

That’s very simple: we will let you know. We will email you as soon as your return has been processed. Usually within 2 working days after our warehouse has received your return parcel.
Usually within 2 working days after we have received your return. We will keep you informed via email. As soon as your return has been processed, we will refund you.
We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. Most returns are processed within 5 working days after they have been returned.
If your return passes inspection, the refund will automatically be credited to the original method of payment on your order. If your return does not pass inspection, we will get in touch with you.
How soon the money will be in your account depends on your payment method:
- iDEAL or Bankcontact or Sofort or Giropay: within 3 business days
- Creditcard: within 5 business days
Yoga Teachers and Yoga Studios
YES, we offer a discount of 20% for certified yoga teachers, the minimum order value is €140 excluding shipping.
Please send us your training certificate by mail to sales@kurma-yoga.com. After review of your certificate we will contact you with feedback and your coupon code. Per order you will have to enter the coupon code in the checkout.
IMPORTANT: We cannot grant discounts on already paid orders through our website.
YES, if you own a yoga studio, we can offer you exclusive prices across our entire product range.
If you are from the European Union (EU), please register for a yoga teacher/yoga studio wholesale account and share us the details of your studio and your homepage. We will have a quick online look at your studio and contact you with your pricing.
If you are from outside the EU, please contact our Sales Department at sales@kurma-yoga.com to place an order.
Yes, the minimum product order value is € 250 net (exclusive of VAT and shipping).
We can offer private labeling for certain mats, starting from 300 yoga mats per color and per order. Customized logo is done through laser etching.
Resellers and Distributors
YES, we offer special pricing to both brick-and-mortar resellers, online retailers and distributors. If you are interested in joining the Kurma community as a reseller or distributor, please contact sales@kurma-yoga.com. Please include information about your company as well as a link to your website.
Thanks for asking, but we do not offer drop shipping at this time.
We offer private labeling or co-branding, but only for orders in factory quantities. For more information please contact sales@kurma-yoga.com.
