The only rubber yoga mats that are made with recycled rubber and can be 100% recycled into new rubber yoga mats. A GECO yoga mat has a maximum dry grip and good wet grip thanks to the semi-open cell rubber top layers.
Since we launched the GECO Series in 2020, 2.300 rubber mats have been recycled.

Sustainable yoga mats
The only rubber yoga mats that are made with recycled rubber and can be 100% recycled into new rubber yoga mats. Up to 40% of the core foam layer in a GECO mat is made from recycled rubber flakes. At the end of the mat’s life cycle, we will reuse your old rubber mat in the production of new core foam layers.
Recycle your old yoga mat
Initiated by Kurma, ContinuOM Collective is a non-profit organisation dedicated to finding sustainable solutions for hard-to-recycle waste streams generated by the yoga industry and its consumers. Currently ContinuOM has set up operational recycling for PVC mats, rubber mats and TPE mats.
