What is a Sticky yoga mat?
Sticky yoga mats have a non-slip and sticky surface. This gives you a better grip and makes you less likely to slip while performing yoga exercises.
Sticky yoga mats are often made of PVC. At Kurma, we use the most eco-friendly PVC type here, as with the Kurma Spezial and Kurma Extra. The yoga mats are also 100% recyclable.
Please note that PVC mats can become slippery when wet. If you regularly sweat or are prone to sweaty hands, we recommend using the yoga mat in combination with a yoga towel.
